CEC
is an organisation that represents
the motor, oil, petroleum additive
and allied industries in the
development of test methods
to evaluate the performance
of transportation fuels, lubricants
and other fluids.
CEC test methods are used extensively
in Europe and widely throughout
the world.
CEC was established over 30 years
ago and now has more than 1500 participants
from over 300 companies.
Representatives are able to contribute
in CEC affairs at all levels.
The essential objective of the CEC
is to develop performance test methods
on behalf of the industries it represents
in a timely, quality focussed and
cost effective manner and to ensure
that such methods relate to market
