CEC
was formed in November 1963 with the primary
objective of developing performance tests
for the evaluation of transportation fluids
(fuels, lubricants, coolants, and so on).
CEC
is legally registered in Belgium as a non-profit
organisation. Membership of CEC comprises
representatives from the oil, motor, additive
and associated industries.
